One configurable cylindrical platform, many formats. Before anything goes into production, we review it with you against your filling product and process.
Cylindrical tin cans with the bottom double-seamed in our plant, delivered fill-ready together with their easy-open end. After filling, you close the top end on your own line.
The temper (hardness) of the tinplate is selected for the can's application and the mechanical strength it needs; different sectors call for different tempers and thicknesses.
The internal coating (lacquer) is chosen for your product too — acidic products, sulphur-bearing foods or fatty contents each need a different lacquer system. We support you technically in choosing the right temper and coating.
